Strategic Consultant & Facilitator: Ascendance

I’ve been working with Ascendance since 2021, where they initially brought me in to support their NPO application. Sadly, that wasn't meant to be, but that has not stopped them! If anything, since then the dance for health charity based in Leeds has gone from strength to strength!

I have supported the team to successfully apply for an Arts Council England National Lottery Project Grant and supported the initial stages of a National Lottery Communities application which has led to significant investment over multiple years. Recently and as part of those projects, I’ve been working closely with Artistic Director Rachel, as well as the wider leadership team and Board.

In May 2023 I facilitated a Board Away Day seeking to renew and refresh the organisation’s vision, mission & purpose - we had a super fun day at Yorkshire Sculpture Park! To coincide, I’ve been working 1 to 1 with Rachel. What an absolute pleasure!
