The difference I’m making to Louth Playgoers @ Riverhead Theatre, Lincolnshire

Since September 2023, I have been working closely with venue manager, Mike Courtney, on the transition out of ACE’s NPO.

If you could summarise your experience of working with me in one sentence, what would that be?

Concise, inspiring and diligent.

How have you brought new skills/qualities or beliefs and/or new processes to your work? And how have your skills/efforts improved your work (faster times, less errors, funding success etc)?
My mindset is much more positive and proactive, enabling me to think clearly and concisely.

What has our work together supported you to start or stop doing? If anything? 

Taking ownership of the failings of the theatre and moving towards a better place in business.
