Running monthly from September 2024 to February 2025, this innovative programme uses group 'action learning' methods to help you navigate the complexities of working in the cultural sector right now. Through guest speakers, facilitators, and interactive sessions, you will develop your business acumen, organisational skills, and boost your soft skills. The programme will be led by Amy Dalton-Hardy who returns following the 1 to 1 business support programme she led in the first half of 2024.
Who Is This For?
Anyone working in creative industries and cultural sectors, from any background and at any life/career stage. Anyone who is self-employed, freelance or runs a creative business such as a LTD company or non-for-profit company, all are eligible. It is open to:

Programme Highlights
Monthly Action Learning Sessions: Collaborate with peers and industry leaders in 6 x monthly half day sessions held at The Core and/or online.
Personalised Support: Each freelancer/small organisation gets a 90-minute 1-to-1 session, tailored to your specific needs and bookable at any point in the programme, whenever you need it.
Guest Speakers & Facilitators: Gain insights from experts who will guide you through the latest trends and best practices.
Symposium and Showcase: Culminate your learning experience with a symposium and a 3-day event alongside the Culture Team's annual 'Small is Beautiful' showcase in February 2025.

Programme Timeline - your commitment will be…
September 2024 to February 2025: Attendance at the monthly Action Learning Sessions, x1 half day per month (3 hours) in person, hybrid and/or on Zoom.
x1 one to one session, on a day and time of your choice (90 mins)
Attendance at the Symposium on 12th February 2025.
