Strategy Consultant & Critical Friend: Impelo

My first ever international (Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 is international, right?!) clients came on board this week.

I’m supporting a wonderful community dance charity called Impelo, who deliver incredible work in the communities of Powys, including work with young people, learning disabled people, older folks and in dance for health. They learned in late September that sadly they’ve had their annual investment withdrawn from Arts Council of Wales.

It’s a tricky time as they come to terms with the transition out of the National Portfolio… BUT our exciting work together starts now: dreaming up a different future, full of opportunities afresh, adjusting to change and reframing the vision & business plan.…I’m thrilled to be working with the senior team (Jemma & Suzy Co-Directors) to recalibrate, adjust and move forwards 💥
